What’s The Front Room?

Our name reflects the kind of place where people gather, speak honestly, disagree, reconnect, and ultimately feel seen. Not perfect or staged. Just present.

But The Front Room is more than a physical space.

It was designed to feel less like a sterile office and more like a place where you can take off your armor. Unclench your jaw. Relax your shoulders. Breathe. And be yourself, free of judgment.

A therapeutic experience that goes beneath the surface.

For anxiety that won’t quiet down. Relationship tension that keeps resurfacing. Grief. Family conflict. Trauma. Identity questions. Anger. Exploring sexuality. Stress that follows you into school, work, or home. Or sometimes a mix of things.

The Front Room exists to hold it all.

There are no protective covers on our couch. You do not have to perform here.

You can sit down. Kick off your shoes if you like. Be real. Bring the raw parts. Bring you.

We slow down, explore patterns, reflect, and make sense of what feels tangled or unclear. Growth comes with honesty, and we approach it with care.

Therapy here is thoughtful, experiential, curious, trauma-informed, and culturally aware. We value collaboration and honor your autonomy.

Healing is not always linear. It is not always comfortable. But it is possible in The Front Room.
